Club Med has provided an update and a reopening date for Club Med Punta Cana.
The popular resort suffered a fire on Sept. 12. The Club Med Punta Cana Village Center was damaged, however no rooms were affected, and thanks to the responsiveness and efficiency of Club Med’s on-site team and local authorities, the fire was quickly contained and extinguished. “Guests will once again be able to enjoy the full range of all-inclusive offerings that make Club Med Punta Cana our flagship resort for families and active couples in the Dominican Republic. This includes the Club Med Kids Clubs (from 4 months at 17), the Hispaniola and Indigo seaside restaurants, the sports activities and the Circus School, as well as the adults-only Zen Oasis or the 5-star Exclusive Collection Space. All this in the idyllic setting of the One of the most beautiful palm-fringed beaches in the Dominican Republic, with stunning ocean views." “Our priority remains the safety, comfort and enjoyment of our guests, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back to Club Med Punta Cana in November.” For more info please see our brochure on the opening November 9th, Club Med Punta Cana!
