Scuba Diving Spots: 30Exceptional flora and fauna in an environment of vertical drop-offs, canyons and coral heads. You'll spot barracuda, groupers - including the famous Nassau grouper -, triggerfish, turtles, hammer and reef sharks. San Salvador has a multitude of diving sites for all levels, from beginner to experienced diver. You'll appreciate the beautifully preserved coral reef, water at an average temperature of 27°C, exceptional visibility (beyond 30 m / 100 ft. in many cases) and a fascinating variety of underwater life on an impressive drop-off that surrounds San Salvador. The San Salvador sites are within a protected marine area.
A few examples of scuba diving spots:
Doctor John's": a vast coral garden on the reef, with tunnels and crevasses.
"Telephone Pole": a sandy bottom at 12m (40ft) leading to a "tunnel" that comes out at depth of 20m (65ft) in the heart of the wall.
"Runway 10": a wide vertical wall with a step at 14m (45ft).

Family Superior Room
​After a dip in the sea with your family, come back to a peaceful room. Looking out over a tropical garden, parents and children can stay together in a welcoming, Creole-influenced room.  This is not a typical family room, it is a big bigger but there is no privacy between the kids beds and the parents.

​On the ground floor of a bungalow, your room is tailor made for a couple. With wood and rattan furniture and a white balcony that looks onto the garden, the décor emphasizes Caribbean culture.

​In our bungalow buildings, bright colors infuse these ground floor rooms with Bahamian style. Gaze out at the coconut palms and majestic palm trees from your terrace. These rooms are located behind the main buildings.
